After a terrible experience with a previous (expensive) Lawyer, I was at the end of my tether. My ex of a 20+ year marriage had always controlled our finances and was actively seeking to leave me nothing, homeless and ill on Newstart, while he spent up big using credit cards on his new girlfriend etc. He also threatened ‘dragging me through the courts’ if I dared even seek legal counsel…but then I stumbled across Swiftly Legal and the wonderful Chris Ambas online. He rang me back that day and organised an hour long phone meeting. He was kind yet thorough, and certainly knows his stuff. Within a week he had drafted the letter to my ex’s lawyer that should have been sent months ago by that first lawyer (who had dropped me as she thought there wasn’t enough in it for her in the end). So, even though I’m right in the middle of this scary situation, Chris’s kindness, go-getter attitude and no bull approach allowed me to finally feel so relieved that I even feel, believe it or not, quite relaxed during what was previously a harrowing process. I’m sure I drove Chris mad at times with my anxious concerns that I had because I was worried of course going through a property settlement BUT I really felt at peace ✌🏻 having him to fight for the kids & I… He really left no stone unturned in checking everything out & that showed or should I really say shined through with what he represented in front of my ex husband’s Solicitor to finish this all at mediation, the money part in fees puts people off from using Solicitors of course but in the end I would of been worse off if I had settled to the ex’s offer… I trusted in Chris’s integrity & I really would recommend him, he says it as it is, had me laughing as well so he’s a person & not a shark 🦈 In the end… I got what I wanted & I’m 💯 confident that I wouldn’t of got the house 🏠 if another Solictor represented me, I’m grateful that he took my case, well haven’t I gone on here ✍️ anyway, I have no hesitation in recommending or hiring him again, all the best Chris 👏🏻👏🏻
